There were some big arse skeeters out this evening in Prairieville. I’m not talking about crane flies/mosquito hawks either (plenty of those, too)…. Just a ton of fat arse skeeters!...

This was of the most inconsistent strike zones I’ve ever seen called…... with that said this graphic is just the play by play data recorded by an ESPN stat nerd showing the general location of the pitch. If the pitch is called a ball and located high/right in the zone, he’s clicking the top right ...

I believe they shut down for maintenance on 5/31 and are expected to be closed at least through June 11th. This is what we were told when we tried to book a trip the weekend of June 11th.

Still not much movement in Tensas (Near Newellton). I’ve heard that the rut may have been in early December this year. A guy at camp where I hunt said he saw 2 bucks breeding does on Dec. 5/6. I believe La Sportsman actually had an article regarding 2020 Rut stating the rut may be early this year...
