Why does this make you so angry. You jealous? Just get a bike, then you too can split lanes in legal states.

Three homes in our 1990’s est. neighborhood have had (not weather related) sewer backups, two of which flooded their homes because of tree root issues. I don’t have a single tree on my lot, but only been here 2 years so not sure what existed before.

Any BR recommendations of companies that do preventative checks/work & steps I can take to make sure the same will not happen to us?

Hit the full yard 2wks ago and things are changing.
VBW - Most turning purple, some still laughing at me.
Lespedeza - Crispy
Bahia - Showing signs of death
Dollar Weed - slight change, some yellowing.

Also recently realized I have mega dove weed or carpet grass (possibly even both) and Kyllinga coming in strong.

My question:
Can I follow my first MSM application with Celsius to try to hit some of these other things that MSM won't touch?
Or, if I stick with MSM for 2nd application how long should I wait to nail'em all with Celsius?

I was trying to not drop more $$$, and I am now totally locked in on this addiction of lawn perfection now.

New to using MSM & rolling with your standard DIY dad 2 gallon sprayer over 5,000 Sq ft.


"Mix 1/8 teaspoon in 1-2 gallons of water"

Does this mean 1/8 per gallon, or 1/8 per 2 gallons, or hell just wing it somewhere in-between?
