I grew up in south LA / south MS and never knew of anyone with a basement.
My wife is from Alpharetta and we built new in north Georgia a couple of years ago and it is very common here with the topography accommodating daylight basements to the backyard. They are freaking awesome.
Our full finished basement walks out to backyard/swimming pool and it’s where all of our social time is spent. Best part is it keeps all the kids traffic off the main floor.

Try watching the contact point to the ball and lock there keeping your head down for two seconds after putter makes contact before looking up for the ball.

Imho, Discount is *the* go-to tire store. Great service, price matching, and the almighty repair certificates. And I'm out of there in no time. A no-brainer if you have one nearby.
