Suspect is from a pretty conservative part of NC…not far from Ft Bragg. These guys are embarrassing the state and the Sandhills.

UNC anymore

Lol…I’m sure Wade is just shaking in his boots at thought of having to play the team he just beat by 30 again.

The SEC has been the better conference lately, so that argument about UNC and Duke is irrelevant, especially in today’s landscape where HS recruiting is secondary to the transfer portal

Summary of Notable Two-Stint Coaches
Coach School 1st Stint 2nd Stint Reason for Gap
Sean Miller Xavier 2004–2009 2022–Pres. Left for Arizona (where he was later fired)
Ritchie McKay Liberty 2007–2009 2015–Pres. Left to be an assistant at Virginia
Joe Scott Air Force 2000–2004 2020–2026 Left for Princeton; later fired from Denver
Lou Henson NM State 1966–1975 1998–2005 Left for Illinois

How many of those coaches were fired first time around? The Air Force coach?

Most of those guys left for better jobs. I know administration is completely different and the Wade firing wasn’t due to lack of success, but it’s still rare to go back to a program that showed you the door, as your AI search indicates.

I’m sure it his has been asked/mentioned, but I typically stay clear of Will Wade to LSU threads due to the abundance of stupidity within them…but in college sports, is there ANY example of a HC being fired by a school only to be rehired a few years later?

Without looking, I bet half those guys are from out of state attending all of those prep schools that Maryland has…but nonetheless the talent is certainly there coming out of HS

Definitely didn’t have anything to do with blowing a 7 point lead with 1 minute to play, back to back turnovers in the backcourt, and fouling a 3 point shooter with 3 seconds left when up by 2.

Wow, just watched a few “high”lights.

You can find better dunks at a local HS all star event lol. That Miami Heat clown who won would have finished in last place in most dunk contests in the past and he’s dancing after every dunk like he’s the coolest guy in the league.

This has to be a south Louisiana thing or something. I remember them and every time I talk about it no one outside of Louisiana has any clue what I'm talking about, regardless of age.

Nah, we had them in NC in the 90s

If showcasing how illiterate you are with that thread title is considered success…then sure, it’s going well.

I’m going to need a translator for your title more than I will for the Super Bowl Halftime show

Odd response to the previous post considering his injury came from playing flag football on sand.

Lol, really far from it. If you would have said clown, I’d agree with you a little more. That’s who he is, he’s kinda the likeable class clown.

Had an opportunity to watch him practice a few times in college and, to this day, he stood out as one of the highest energy guys I’ve ever seen on the football field. There’s a reason he’s had a long NFL career despite never being an elite talent or anything.

That “Love it or List it” show used to film a ton where I live (knew a couple on the show). It’s just like all the other ones, but I seem to remember much more realistic scenarios from that show.
I don’t get where you’re seeing this. Indiana has been the most nationally respected/rooted for national champion that I can remember.

In fact, name a national championship team that had less haters than Indiana…many people were genuinely rooting for them, which is rarely the case.
Cignetti has always been a goofy a-hole like that…it’s nothing new with his rising fame
