JPF plead guilty and admitted stealing money from a cancer charity to pay LSU players and their parents in June 2019. The evidence was public record and available to the NCAA. Emmert's NCAA failed to issue a Notice of Allegations and sanctions until after the 2019 season because of blatant corruption. Emmert purposely stalled the NCAA investigation to protect LSU...breaking NCAA bylaws and federal corruption laws.
Wade was caught on a FBI wiretap blatantly buying recruits illegally. Emmert's NCAA stalled the investigation once again even with undeniable proof of guilt.
Miles and Orgeron were both fired for Title IX violations for sexual misconduct and failure to report rapes by their football players. There was 9 football players accused of sexual assaults reported to the police during Orgeron's tenure as head coach at LSU.
The NCAA gave SMU the death penalty for a fraction of what LSU has done for almost a decade.
