There is no telling where we bottom, we haven't been in an inflationary rising rate environment like this since the late 70s/early 80s.

I'm always amazed at how many guys can't fight.
Can't throw a punch, can't see a telegraphed punch coming, don't keep their hands high, just leave their chin out there with a bullseye on it.

What are these cows going to look like in 10 or 20 years when their metabolism slows down?
If you're a young, fit female with zero tattoos and only pierced ears you are a dying breed and in demand by a nation full of guys searching for real women.

Data Analytics/Science is in demand and is actually easier than engineering/development.
It's a blend of Data Analyst/Programmer.
Need to know enough SQL, SAS to roll up data and perform analysis (and often involves creating dashboards so that management can easily view and understand the data).
Learn SQL (SQL Server and/or Oracle) to start, then SAS.

Well, as requested I told girlfriend and am reporting back.
She said she couldn't care less if I had lunch one time with an old childhood neighbor girl if it's just to finish the conversation and update each other on family etc.
She said that she wouldn't want me to if we had dated and been intimate, but if we were just neighbors and friends that it isn't a big deal if it's a one time thing (she wouldn't want me eating lunch with her every week or anything).
I showed her this thread.
She was laughing at the idea that so many guys on here considered grabbing lunch with a female friend or female coworker a "date", thought they were psychos.
She said the husbands that are afraid for their wives to have lunch with a male friend or coworker probably have small dicks and are terrified for their wives to see a real one.

He was diagnosed with RMH.
They are different.
Bell’s palsy only affects the facial nerve. Why is Ramsay Hunt syndrome pain more severe? Pain is difficult to classify but RHS tends to cause more severe pain symptoms because the shingles virus attacks the Trigeminal nerve.

I use apps or websites, mostly apps to trade. Im not a day trader (high volume transactions in which in which you are selling within minutes after buying) so I use an app for 95% of my transactions. I have never hand an issue.. But I am still trying to understand what other way would you do it..

I understand the logic of piling up dividend paying stocks for retirement.
