Well it's not A&M fault. I will say this and it pains me, they have a really good chance to win it all this year. They are really good on offense and defense.

Maybe consider isolating your emergency loads to an emergency panel. It's not that difficult, then have the generator sized for your emergency circuits.

I play pickleball with a Delta Pilot. He said DEI is real. He does training and he cannot fail a black or female. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Delta is non union unlike the other Airlines. I think we all know DEI is legal discrimination. Delta should be sued till they go bankrupt
The bathroom vent light should have 3 wires. White, Blue, and Black. White is always neutral. Black is for the light, Blue for the fan. Installer connected the black and blue together to one switch. Probably to save money, switch, wire and labor times a 1000. Inspector really shouldn't allow this combining a motor circuit with a light circuit.

Definitely get it my brother just started processing claims from Entergy and this is what he see's the most. He went and had one installed, don't remember the brand, but that one was flush mounted. Entergy denies surge claims if it is an act of God, so many claims are denied.

I was at the park yesterday, Friday, to check out pickleball. I asked why was the door locked and the BREC employee told me the story. The woman did escape but her face was bloodied, her pants were pulled off, she opened the door to the gym and screamed RAPE and collapse. It happened on a Wednesday, Aug 10. The BREC employee was still very shaken. When I went back to my car a Woman was waking down the path where the attacked occurred just two days ago. This is outrageous it wasn't reported till today and no description of the perp and shame on BREC
Your connection may be loose, turn breaker off and tighten it where the cable is. I agree with others, it is probably a faulty breaker.

I contacted my State Farm agent, he was not there but their office is not aware of this. I copied the link from the poster on here and e mailed it to him. I'll see what he says. This would be unbelievably stupid if this is true and I will definitely leave them after 30 plus years.
We are in the process of performing an electrical study on the new Prairieville HS, the cables are both al and cu, so I don't see any problems. You just need to know how to terminate al wire.
OMG this is totally jury rigged. He backfed you 60 amp breaker, so your load lugs are now the line lugs which if you turn off the breaker those lugs are still hot. FPE went out of business over 20 years ago, split bus has bee illegal for some time, replace this panel, this is very dangereouse.
