I have been getting my bourbons from Caskers on line. (Blantons and Four Roses Single Barrel are my favorites). Is there any place in Baton Rouge that carries a wide selection of select bourbons. I really like the single barrels over the blends and proofed.

Stir the beans once or twice during the final two hours if you do them in a crock pot. This will break some up which will thicken the beans. I will first soak my beans over night and then cook for 10-12 hrs in a crock pot.

We do this a lot where I work. Nothing can substitute for having an instructor.
It is a big time and money saver. My company does it both ways and I think the local or online trainers are OK for this training. If you are an engineer you just need to slog through the course. Nothing will be new to you. Just make sure the company you want to work for and the EPA recognize the certificate so you don't waste your time.

I have two:
Notre Dame - normally over rated and should be kicked out of the BCS. Money.
USC - doesn't play anyone and gets to NCG. Best team money can buy.
