I have never been to Dark Lord Day, but I visited the brewpub last year while in Chicago. Honestly,I think I had a better experience in that I could sit at the bar and taste everything they had available without the crowd. Sure there is some novelty in attending Dark Lord Day, but it was pretty awes...

Just saw the Alchemist announce on Facebook that they are out of Heady Topper at the Brewery until Monday. The list from Hill Farmstead is accurate as of yesterday. They will fill 750 ml or growlers with any of the draft beers but if you don't get that home quick I'm not sure how it will hold up. ...
