Bon Ton is a restaurant on Magazine Street in downtown New Orleans

Some people say "Happy Resurrection Sunday” instead of "Happy Easter" because "Easter" has pagan roots and is not mentioned in the Bible.

What do you say?

My dad taught me driving basics in the big parking lot of a Schwegmann grocery store back in the day when all stores were closed on Sundays. We had that big parking lot to ourselves.

heart pacemaker

The cardiologist doctor tells my wife she may need a pacemaker, Does anyone here have a pacemaker? Does it work good for you keeping your heart in normal operation?
This reminds me of city kids who wear a baseball hat that is cocked a quarter turn to the side. I guess they trying to make a personal statement...I'm different.
I saw somebody one time dust their freshly boiled crawfish with a coating of cayenne pepper. I would never do this.
I remember years ago in the 1950's and 1960's my grandfather loved White Owl cigars. He smoked one cigar a week on Sunday afternoon after Sunday lunch. I remember the whole house smelled of cigar smoke for a couple of day afterwards. I never picked up the cigar habit. During the same time period I remember my father smoking a pipe with Cherry Blend pipe tobacco. That really stunk up the house. Can you imagine both of them together on a Sunday after smoking a cigar and pipe together in the same room. It drove my mother and grandmother crazy. I had to go outside the house to breath easy.

I would say the answer to your question is yes. It was a lot for me to process to move from myself one house to another house five minutes away.

I took the shingles vaccine. It was two shots six weeks apart. I had no side effects. I suggest you get it.

The bacon stunt is about as dumb as trying to "terrorize" a Catholic by putting a hamburger on his desk on a Lent Friday.

I'm Catholic. If somebody puts a hamburger on my desk on a Friday in Lent....no problem. I would simply wrap it up good and reheat the next day and enjoy eating it on Saturday.
