I disagree baw. Shouldn’t be open season to bait and shoot over the limit because it is on private land. Taking over the limit and baiting affects everyone who hunts. Animals aren’t yours, they are the states. Game wardens should have free range otherwise private land owners kill everything.

My neighbor put up a massive flood light on the corner of his house that lights up my entire house at night. He keeps it on all night. I asked if he would turn it off and he said he would if he remembered. He never turns it off. I broke this past weekend when he didn’t turn it off and shot it out with a pellet gun. I ran into him this morning and he told me he reported it to police and I F’d up his light socket. I don’t know what else to do. I asked, he was disrespectful and didn’t turn it off. Now he has the law involved. I feel my actions were justified.

Don’t roll the window down more than an inch and keep informing the officer that you know your rights. Might even ask for a supervisor.

Mass is insane. To even have a gun in your home you have to go through a lengthy process and local law enforcement is required to sign off. My understanding is you have to show good cause for the firearm and Boston was rejecting a large portion of applications after sitting on them for 6 months.
