It will be plane rides for travel. I am at 100K right now with no bonuses so the new job will put me at 120K with the possibility of a large yearly bonus.
I travel around 25% now so it would not be too much more than what I am doing now.

Just say HR.
Yes, we hate you, but that’s no cause for an overly wordy title.
Labor Relations is not HR. I have my JD and am currently in the legal department at my current job. Will also be in the legal department in the new one.
HR sucks
Would you accept this job offer?

I am currently in a Labor & Employee Relations role based in Charlotte, NC. I have been with this company since last April. I was approached about joining the legal team as an Labor & Employee Relations Manager for a very large corporation.
Pros:
1. 20% increase in pay from by current base salary.
2. Fully remote position so would be able to move wherever we wish. Current role is half remote, half in the office. I hate going to the office.
3. Signing bonus
4. This new company has a much more lucrative 401K program. They match up to 6%.
5. Better yearly bonus. They target 16% of your salary at my level
6. 2 weeks of paternity leave(have a little girl on the way). Current company makes you use your PTO and there is no paternity leave
7. Stock options in year 2, which isn't offered with current company.
8. More options for career growth.
Cons:
1. More travel. Will likely travel around 30%
2. Jumping ship after 9 months
3. I like my current job duties but am not really challenged. This new role would be tougher
4. I really enjoy the people I work with now.
5. Work for a smaller company so there is more room to start initiatives of my own.

Not really sold on this OC.
ESPN
47th in yards per game per this link.
Another link had them at 11th in points per game. But remember they were in the AAC. Why not go after young Briles?

An expansion also brings us more mismatches like tonight.
No thanks.
Getting in is supposed to be hard.
You realize based on the last few years that Bama will get another chance with 4 teams right? They shouldn't have been in the Playoff in 2017 when they didn't win the West. Going to 8 will even the field and allow US in.
For those not wanting CFB Playoff Expansion...

Imagine:
2005. Could have snuck in at #8
2006 LSU making the Playoff at #4...
2011. Committee probably has Bama ranked around 3 or so, may have gotten knocked out before playing us.
2012. Would have gotten in around 7-8.
2018. Beat A&M and we are #5 or 6.
There are your chances for more titles. With us being in the SEC West we want the chance for rematches in the Playoff.

Messed up
What games do you foresee us being underdogs in next year?
Posted by Darth Brian Kelly on 12/30/21 at 2:50 pm
I see Bama and A&M as extremely likely.
Arkansas, Auburn and UF are maybe since they are away.
The rest are at home.
My guess is we are underdogs against Bama, A&M and Arkansas(slight). We should end up being favored in the rest.

re: Got a new gaming laptop and Oculus Quest 2. Will I be able to play VR games like Half Life

I already own it. I did a "VR Test" through Steam and it the results were near the top so I think it should be able to handle it.

Oh so it's okay for Bama fans to shite on Burrow but not okay for LSU fans to point out that he is doing much better in the NFL than Mac?

Alter? This is my account I created earlier this week
Let's check in and see how Burrow vs. Bama QB's is shaping out
Posted by Darth Brian Kelly on 12/26/21 at 3:50 pm
Joe Burrow, Heisman winner and national champion: 4,165 yards with 30 TD's and 14 picks
Mac Jones, non Heisman winner and national champion in COVID season: 3,168 yards with 18 TD's and 12 picks.
Tua, non Heisman winner with national championship on Hurts shoulders: 2,141 yards with 14 TD's and 8 picks.
Friendly reminder that Burrow was drafted to a 2-14 team and is coming back from surgery on his shredded knee. Meanwhile Mac was drafted to the Pats
