Well, I'm currently living in it, and it's a pretty nice home. If it sells, great. If not, that's ok too.
I was more responding to the part about don't believe anything a realtor says. Most of the time, they tell you what you want to hear just to get the listing. Then a week later, bring you some lowball offer hoping you're in a bind and have to sell.

I put my house on the market about 2 months ago. Don't really care if I sell it, but it is too big for just me. The realtor gave me a price where we were going to list it at. I told her if that's what it's worth, then that's the price. To not bring me any offers under that number.
It has been shown twice in two months, and the realtor has not contacted me in over a month. :lol:

Financially responsible I have no problem with. Cheap as frick, get out of here with that shite.
Back when my kid was in high school, we had football club luncheon every Friday. One of the football dads would come to the meeting and tell the lady taking the money that he was not gonna be eating. It was $10 dollars for lunch.
He would stop by the tea line and fix him some tea, and then tell one of the other dads to get him a couple pieces of fish/chicken when they fixed their plate. Annoyed the piss out of me.

There are so many resources available that you can get an accurate value of vehicle. It's not like diamonds where the average person has no clue what they are looking at and how much its worth.
I'm a vehicle wholesaler and I get asked this question a lot. I always use the example, let's say my uncle passed away and left me his car and it's worth 20K. Should I sell it to someone for 5K just to make 5K or sell it for what's it worth.
Do some research, and if you like it and it's a good car, buy it. People on here freak out when it comes to car purchases.

I heard one of the assistant principals has a kid coming up from one of the middle schools who is a quarterback. This assistant put pressure on Lane to not hire Breen because Breen would bring his son, who is also a quarterback with him and go back to the option offense.
If this is the case, the program derserves what it gets.
