Yes, you need the space so guys have to transfer out. But the incoming guys do not have to be transfers.

Yes 7 initial counters, those can be transfers or recruits.
You can also count backwards with your early enrollees. So guys that come in January will count towards last years 25.
Idk how many early enrollees they had last year, but if they only signed 23 then that at least gives them an extra 2 counters.
With 1 transfer in Max, they could sign 33 kids out of highschool if they push out enough older guys.

You can take 7 additional signees this year, up to 32 from 25.

Their boards don't know. Haven't really seen or read anything on 247 that says any specific names.
I did read that their DL coach will probably get the Co-DC title and a pay raise to keep him around.
Saw some posters say Derek Mason from Auburn, Brad White from Kentucky, the Cinci DC, and then people who want to promote from within but there is skepticism because Santucci(the LB coach) is a new coach and the DL coach doesn't have any play calling experience.
Edit: also saw Muschamp and Pruitt. Pruitt was Jimbo's DC at FSU but has NCAA issues and Muschamp will likely be the Georgia DC.
