I've had shoulder pains most of my life. seen Orthopedic Surgeons had xrays mri's cortisone shots and been in and out of physical therapy over 10 times. Nothing helped long term. Then I tried Kratom. It was a life changer. no more pain.

I've recently started making my own pre-workout shake. I use 5 g of L-Arginine for the pump. 5g Beta Alanine for endurance. 200 mg caffeine, 2000mg of BCAA, 5g creatine and about 5g of red ma-dung krantom. The L-Arginine doesn't seem to be doing much for pump. I will probably experiment with something else when i use up my current supply. Mix it with a little gatorade zero and chug it fast cause it taste like shite but it seems to help.
