I've long suspected online auto auctions were a scam or at least prone to scammy activity. My suspicion specifically is regarding cars being auctioned with no reserve only to have the owner or some other party affiliated with the auction bidding up the price by creating artificial demand.

Then I found this guys page on Instagram and it confirmed my suspicion.
Here is the video where he exposes the same cars being "sold" multiple times on various auctions with artificial demand and attempting to bid the price up higher than what it would have originally sold for.

The firing, not firing, not for cause, for cause, buy out, negotiated settlement should embarrass all of us so much that we demand better.

But we won't.

We'll fester in this dysfunctional back woods, good-ole-boy system that keeps our state in the lowest performing status in so many categories.

And life will go on. LSU will rise to dominate again and we'll all celebrate and ignore this.

There needs to be a huge sense of urgency by the R's if and when the govt is re-opened. We will likely not keep control after the next med-terms. We're almost a year in and we have one left to make a real difference
