I heard it makes you gay. So everything would stay the same for you.
quote:

They allege that the amount owed in property taxes was manufactured, and that they never owed that to begin with. They allege that the entire process was instituted by the local government to essentially steal the property to sell it to a connected investor for way less than its worth.

The entire process was instigated to steal these people’s property because they wouldn’t sell. They are alleging that the government basically hid the auction from the public so that the only person who would show up is the buyer.

zero chance this is true.

The real contention by the homeowner wasn’t that auction prices aren’t “fair market value”, it’s that the local government purposely manipulated the auction to result in a lower selling price to screw over the homeowner.
please provide facts to support this statement
Edited. Sorry to distract you so easily with thoughts of gay sex with men.
I heard about Toastmasters way back in the day when I first started in corporate America. It seemed silly but at least it had a stated goal of helping people develop the skill of effective communication.

With the success of folks like Tony Robbins and the expansion of social media, over the years I've seen countless grifters and scammers morphing into self help guru's and business 10x leadership consultants and biohacking experts despite having zero real qualifications to do anything of the sort.

Most of these I see are men lead or focused and promise "mastermind sessions" with "other successful business owners" to "create community" and "go deeper" and deliver success through "proximity is power" blah blah blah bullshite.

What it really looks like to me is a lot of wanna be CEO's looking to meet a real CEO that they can sell something to and grift their way to success.

Any OT baws here "masterminders"
Camp mystic did not own the land. That land is leased to the camp. The same fmsily owns the land and the camp etc. no land is going up for sale.
The camp business entity filed bankruptcy. The family that owns the land leases the land to their other company that owns/runs the camp. The same people that own and operate camp mystic will still have everything that camp mystic consists of except the legal entity. They’ll just start a new “camp mystic 2 LLC” and reopen for business soon.
I’m usually a $5 kinda guy but when I paid today the machine gave me an option to tip 15%-20%-25%.

At first this seemed laughable and I entered a custom $5 tip. Then as I thought about it while I watched those guys working in the heat they probably deserve a 20% tip way more than some college kid waiting table who could care less about service.
It was maybe 10-15 years ago pictures of a room with things in it were starting to come out on social media where the things looked generally like every day items you recognized but when you’d look closer they were all unrecognizable and kind of melted and blended into the next thing?

I wonder if those were early generations of AI generated images?
Dude, Just go enjoy the time with your kid instead of asking strangers if it's worth it.

your family must have been gay then. It wasn’t until almost adult hood I said to myself wait maybe I shouldn’t call them that with people I don’t know. Hell even Fatigues I knew called them Fatigue toes themselves.
Such a vivid memory of my childhood is having that wooden bowl with mixed nuts and the decorative metal nut cracker sitting in it.
Over recent years I’ve been hearing it more and more on the MSM networks where reporters will deliver their full story/report in English without any accent and then at the end when they are signing off they go out of their way to pronounce their name in the most heavy accent as possible. I’ve mostly seen this with Hispanic speaking reporters. It’s just silly to me that they try so hard
I’ve worked at very large corporations (several thousand to tens of thousands of employees) and very small businesses (a few dozen to a few hundred employees)

And as much as everyone hates Microsoft I have to admit their all in one service is far superior and easier to manage.

Outlook/Teams/Office they all just sync and are easy.

Gmail/slack/zoom/Google Docs may have a function on their own but once you get to a certain size organization it’s time to upgrade and move everything to Microsoft.

Having to join external meetings via teams and set up internal meetings via zoom and then set up chats via slack huddles is such a pain the arse.
