That seems like a very odd move. Seemed like he was a key piece to their run next year and Lane would come up with whatever amount he was trying to extort out of them.
It could be sour grapes, but the rumor is that he wants a ridiculous amount of money and is kind of just a locker ...
I’m going to assume their fans don’t know shite just like our fans.
That would be accurate. Baker is a defensive coach rising star. There's always some danger when you hire those guys because their sample size is small, but he worked miracles for Mizzou in a short time period a...
I mean, who on the defensive coaching staff did you want to keep? Jimmy Lindsey had a shite situation, but Steeples stinks and Cooks is worse. House is obvious. The two remaining are being retained....
It's definitely o-line and then defensive tackle. They're both positions where nobody in HS has the body to really play the position yet so you're more or less rated by your frame, and o-line is nearly as complicated as QB mentally....

re: John Emery Unavailable for FSU
It's going to really suck when he goes to the NFL and produces for a team after we got very little. However, he still has some games for LSU so there is hope
I'd be pretty shocked if he makes an NFL roster. Somebody will pick him up as an UDFA for his upside, but I doubt he makes a...
Supposedly his course work was all completed and they were waiting on the NCAA to clear him.
He probably did the same shite that caused that to be necessary in the first place again. The NCAA isn't blameless for being slow there, but he never should have been in that situation in t...
Is he a “Cap” casualty?
No. He's super talented but lazy and didn't like getting punished for the laziness....
Lol losing a LA guy to Colorado….
Meh, if it happens he is the recruiting mastermind people were crowning him to be before he actually did anything. I wouldn't lose any sleep about it unless he proves to also be an elite developer...in which case college football might have a prob...
Last year's Georgia team reminded me that in a vacuum I definitely have more fun watching a suffocating defense with a competent offense than a high flying offense with a competent defense, but let's be real. UGA has more 5 stars than TCU has 4+5 stars combined, and they run the 3-3-5 which is very ...
I’m a little leery of what kind of impact he can make
This is nonsense. If he is willing to play TE (he pretty clearly does not want to play edge), that's his best position because he's so big, but if he doesn't, he runs a 10.2 100m dash and is 6'5-225. He'd be an absolutely elite...

No. It's 95% Colorado 5% Georgia (it later came out that he was about to flip to Georgia before Deion came into the picture)....
I personally feel like this is Rakim Jarret all over again
I wouldn't be terribly surprised, but he's more or less impossible to predict. I think it's pretty safe to rule out USC if the girlfriend rumor is true, that's just not a strong pull when it's all said and done, but you ca...

re: Is Desmond Ricks a Stingley type.

Posted by TigerDawg1212 on 12/15/22 at 11:30 am
He's a 5 star for a reason if that's what you're asking, but overall, no. Stingley was built different. Dude got drafted 3rd overall basically entirely off his freshman year tape. After that people just stopped passing to him. Hopefully Ricks will be great (unless he goes to Florida in which case ho...
Shea must have made a post on tos and you ran here to post it as an insider.
I don't think Crown has ever pretended to be anything but a person with an ON3 subscription that like sharing what those guys say....

re: LSU fans regarding QB situation
Nuss was trying to force it being down by 4 TD.
Which would be an okay argument for basically anybody else, but this is the Nuss that we've seen every single time he's played in an LSU uniform. Dude has just never seen a receiver he doesn't think is open. The receivers just caug...
The only thing he gets from another year at LSU, is another year at LSU.
If the top 5 grade is real and not just Mel Kiper's opinion, he's probably gone, but 5th QB isn't a first round pick, and first rounders get ~3x as much as second and later rounders. There actually is quite a ...

re: Is the end near for Bama?

Posted by TigerDawg1212 on 12/6/22 at 3:05 pm
We can hope, but this is said every year Bama doesn't win a national title, and it's yet to actually happen. Saban is getting old so maybe it's real yhis time, but I'm not counting on it....
If prime comes in and offers one of your four stars $250,000 when you have valued every four-star at about maybe $100,000 each why wouldn’t one want to leave every now and then we don’t have unlimited funds.
Oh come on. He's coaching at Colorado. We're not talking about USCw or Mic...
Never underestimate an 18 year olds mind! They will do crazy things!
And the "legendary" Sanders is recruiting is based off of his son and a single recruit. These kids were in diapers when Deion last played in the NFL. They don't care about playing for Deion Sanders. They on...
