Frank Wilson has earned and deserves the right to be begged by the new HC to stay and to be part of this rebuild.
We have to lower our standards and expectations for this team and settle.

The crews are the biggest cult of fraternal cliques you have ever seen. The white hats are all ego maniacs and the officials on his crew are all Yes men. Many of them truly believe and feel that they are down there and are part of the teams. It is the biggest god complex you can imagine. The mechanics get worse every year and they are all afraid of replay making them looking like fools.

Of some cancers on this team that have made the practices, locker room and attitudes toxic, possibly division, possibly racial that was too far gone for a coach to remedy.
