Unfortunately Mobile isn’t what it used to be when I lived there 20 years ago. The crime and expansion of the Prichard population has pushed most people out to Baldwin County across the bay.

Great dog with kids. I have a 4, 6 & 8yo. We’ve had our pup for two years and never even close to problem with her and the kids.

Sometimes she will knock a kid over on accident or step on their foot though.
It’s very important that you take the time to train her and work with her on taking commands. They are very intelligent dogs. Plus, the intimidation factor is great. No one will come near your family with her around.

This is where I stayed for a month. Also, stayed at "Talk of the Town" before. The island isn't bad at all. It's just like every other island with a refinery on it, refinery end is the poor side of the island and tourism is the other end. Also, has a red light district near the refinery.
