The biggest difference was a quarterback that could throw a pass. And having a stupid defensive coordinator that decided to let Chambliss beat us with his arm which he was happy to do. Meanwhile we still have a quarterback who can't throw for shite but can street ball some runs. How about we at least try Clark who has looked better throwing and able to see the field better. I swear this playing the best player is a lie.
I'm not saying Clark would have won. However every game Clark has played he has looked much better passing than Leavitt and it's not even close. No... I honestly don't think Kiffin is playing the best man.

This is supid. The main reason why we lost was because our quarterback is like a cat in a room full of rocking chairs and can't throw a forward pass. But equally bad is our defensive coordinator decided to play pass prevent defense and just let Chambliss beat us with his arm. The only success we had defensively was when we started putting pressure on him. Then that last drive we went back to the same predictable defense and gave Chambliss time to carve us up yet again. I can forgive Sam Leavitt for sucking as a quarterback at throwing the forward pass. Kiffin said the best would play and that's obviously a lie. But Blake Baker deserves to be left in Oxford with that performance. He always shits the bed in big games.

He needs to be held accountable for it. I bet there won't be one question about it though because the writers have no idea what football should look like. Much less which questions to ask.

Awful seeing the field. Panicked all the time. At least need to try Clark to see how his pass looks.

re: Leavitt passing just not good enough

He's awful. Zero threat throwing
I don't get it. Back to traditional set. Why show them who to block?

We need to keep mogging the line so they don't know who to block. Unsure why it took them so long to figure out that prevent against chambliss is rushing him

Let's call 3 pass plays

Gonna get Leavitt his reps
Hopefully not but I get what you're laying down
No way lets come out and give him 3 chances to throw

We spent all our bullets shooting ourselves in the foot
quote:

He proved unequivocally that you don’t need anytime to build a powerhouse now

But you have to have a decent quarterback.
It's going to have to be a rebuild unless we start playing Clark and he's great. We're in a shootout without a gun. Leavitt sucks
Not surprised. He's proven he can't throw. Now he's too scared to even try
Takes 3+ people to tackle him every time he gets the ball. Wouldn't mind seeing it but also don't want to get him hurt either
They actually horded more players when they weren't able to be transferred. Now it's slowly settling where the lower level schools are able to get much higher quality than they ever could before nil. And they're deals. There are a LOT of once cupcakes that are now decent. Coaching like actually being there and hands on means so much more now.

I haven't tried the drinks yet. Have a pack of 10mg gummies that I tried one or two out of. It's ok but I'm not that keen on the taste of pot and it seems like all the gummies may mask it a bit but it's very much in the aftertaste.
I'm a lightweight because I feel almost too high after eating a gummie but it is good sleep. My wife gets drug tested for her job and so no fun for her.

We went last year and enjoyed it. We're more bars and burgers than making reservations type people. But these 3 really stood out to us.

1. Unity park with the two breweries across from each other is amazing spot to just spend half a day watching people and enjoying the sun with great beer and snacks. We stayed in the Hampton Inn on the river and it was a nice walk to the park across a fairly busy street, but it's number 1 on my list for a reason.

2. Le Petit Croissant. I haven't seen this on anyone's list ever but we stumbled on it. This place makes the most amazing croissants and sandwiches. It's small and kinda hole in the wall, but they do an exceptional job and don't skimp on size and everything is made there.

3. Jack Brown's beer and burger joint. I realize this brand has a couple locations. Dive bar feel but awesome burgers. Great quality food cooked where you can see it. Prefer this much more than Grill Marks.

I realize most people on the travel board are high class elite diners. We tried Jianna but honestly it didn't stand out as anything we couldn't get at home. Same with the chop house. That's not to say it's not great. It is. We just like to find quirky well done food or experiences we can't get at home when we travel.

Verge Ausberry appreciation thread

I know the dick with ears calls Verge a puppet.

However who was the first person telling BK he was a disgrace after the A&M game? Who had the swagger and nuts to go out and get Kiffin and Wade? Who put together all this money? Verge is all in LSU and has been here since he was a Captain on defense. Always the man behind the man and stepped up when we needed someone to guide us back on the right path. Puppet my arse. I guarantee you there's a very long game being played by Verge and LSU stability is at the heart of it.

Could you imagine if Woodward or God forbid Alleva was AD? We would have some vanilla mediocre coach who is more interested in politics than coaching. THANK YOU VERGE for standing firm and being THE man!
