If this wasn't a HATE Crime I'm not sure what is. My daughter lived a few blocks away and her mom would let her walk to the store down near where this took place. This wasn't a terrible neighborhood until properties started being bought up and rented out.

Let's talk about the spouse. He was brought in for questioning on the average once a year during her disappearance. They tried to convict him but the Grand Jury said they didn't have enough. That guy stayed around and raised those kids to the best of his ability.
