So tell me something Einstein, when it became clear that there were breakthrough cases across the board in the summer of 2021 and it was clear the Alpha shots didn't do shite against the Delta variant, why was there a one-shot-fits-all mandate on Americans in the early fall of 2021 with outdated shots Alpha vs Delta? Why was there a push to just get a 6-month booster when someone already injected 2 rounds of that crap in their arm to begin with?

Who could forget that Biden used OSHA to mandate that healthy working Americans either get both rounds of the mRNA jabs (including booster schedules thereafter) or lose their paychecks and livelihood? For many people, medical and religious exemptions were being shot down so they were forced to take the Covid shots, they had no benefit of "consult your doctor."

This was literally less than 4 years ago, it truly amazes me how the average human has the IQ and memory retention of a goldfish when they say healthy people that got jabbed did it under their own freewill with no coercion whatsover. That was bullshite and to make matters worse, the entire Legislative/Judicial/Executive federal branches were exempt from this same OSHA weaponization.

I'm saying that the Department of Insurance needs to have Finder of Fact jurisdiction assigned by the Legislature under a certain dollar amount, let's call it $15k on anything vehicle related and $50k homeowner. That would stop these "We Can't Help You, It's a Question of Fact & Law so please lawyer up now" disposition letters that countless Louisianans receive.
