thinking wow this guy is going to go on and have the greatest single season in CFB history in 2019?
Anyone who actually says this is lying. Sure we were all super optimistic, but no one could’ve predicted what he came out and did.

I taught my youngest today how to ride a bike. I taught my oldest (2 years apart) a little over a year ago. Little sister couldn’t stand it anymore and started asking for her own “big girl” bike.
It didn’t take her long to figure it out , and she’s been riding it all day. Just a super proud dad moment that I felt like sharing.
At one point she asked “Daddy will you come help me get on my bike?”
I responded “I’m running to the bathroom, but I bet your momma will help you.”
She said “No, that’s ok. I’ll wait on you.”
That’s my girl!

Saggy tits.
Have we talked about Laffitte’s jalapeños and pickles on here?
Posted by CrawfishElvis on 7/5/25 at 8:08 pm

They’re amazing. I’ve been eating them for years now. I’ve met the owner and he seems like a good guy. But talk about take a sandwich or burger to next level. I suggest y’all to try them out if y’all haven’t already.
And I’m in no way trying to push this product lol they’re just really good.
re: Rectec Flagship1100 or the Weber Searwood. Does anyone own one?

Love my recteq but I still have a charcoal grill for when I need to get that hot. There’s just no substitute

re: Need ideas for smoking something other than brisket, pork butt, ribs, etc for the 4th

Came here to say pork belly
The biggest question mark of the team this year.

The O line. I trust everything else. But breaking this fresh O line in against Clemson’s NFL D line… it has me nervous.

I played when I was younger but have been out of the game for a while.
I’m looking for one of the consoles that comes with thousands of older games. Like old 64 games, PlayStation, ps2, etc.
There’s a ton of options online so it makes it hard to know which is the right one. Looking for advice of anyone that maybe owns one and which one to get.

re: When did your LSU baseball fandom start?

Early 90s. Maybe 93. I was always a fan, but I really started focusing on it and going to the games around then, I've only missed 2/3 home games a season since then,
I was born in 93. Now that I’m a big fan and know they won the natty in 93 it makes me feel special lol
I’d love to go to more games but we’re 3 hours away, so typically only make a handful of games a year

My dad always said watching baseball on tv is as boring as watching golf. So growing up, we never watched baseball. Just football. I kept up with the team in ‘17 when they made it to Omaha, but wasn’t deeply invested.
It was Maineiri’s last year and Dylan Crews freshman year that I got ESPN+ and could watch all of the games. And I’ve been locked in ever since then. Me and 2 of my best friends have a group chat that we text back and forth every game.
So admittedly, I haven’t been a baseball fan nearly as long as most. But damn it’s been a fun ride ever since I’ve become invested.

re: Is LSU-Wake the best college baseball game ever?

Probably the best one I’ve watched. But I’m too young to remember any of the games in the 90’s.

I’m actually doing these tonight. I think I’m going to skip the butter baste and just make a hot sauce mayo to go on the sandwich
re: gas griddle/grill combo
Posted by CrawfishElvis on 6/28/25 at 8:07 am
I’ve seen some pellet grill/ griddle combos before. You sure he wouldn’t rather have that than a gas grill? I’ve had both and I’d go pellet grill all day.
re: Watcha Cookin' Furda Fort-uh-July?
Posted by CrawfishElvis on 6/26/25 at 5:14 pm

Probably same as last year. Burgers, brats, dogs, boudin, Maque choux, and chips. Watermelon for dessert.

Best mix? Squeeze some darn limes and mix it with some tequila and simple syrup
I’m sure it would be a lot better tasting, but I was just looking for something easily to throw in the blender for my wife

It’s been a while since I’ve made some at home and the wife wants me to whip some up this evening. What’s your go to brand?
