Play Mallard the first day and then stop and hit the Bayou Bend dogfight in crowley on the way home
Are you saying McMahon doesn’t get hammered?

All those coaches you just named have defenders too when they’re getting hammered
LSU basketball is screwed with current NIL format. Doesn’t matter who the coach is

“The Little Things” is one of my favorite songs of all time. Gets you thinking about life
To be fair, our end of the year Kenpom rating has gotten better each year. The team this past year was easily the best of his 3 years, just didn’t seem like it with the historically great SEC

Robert Miller and Nwoko exist bud
This boards obsession with the magical number of 40% from 3 is so retarded. There’s nothing wrong with being in the 32-36 range depending on volume. Also believe it or not, it’s possible to be a good college basketball player and not a knock down 3pt guy
Chest redshirting was a mutual decision. He was and still is very very raw as a basketball player but you see the motor and intangibles that made him highly touted. I actually think our front court is very good at the moment. Miller, Reed, Sutton and Nwoko is going to be fine in the SEC. Desperately need to give Dedan a running mate who can create a bit
With Givens gone you need another PG. Can’t just hope and pray Reece is ready to be the backup as a freshman

Lafayette area has to have the worst public golf per capita in the entire south. Just a brutal selection of public courses for how many people live around here

Turns out topping out at 94 isn’t good enough for Friday night in the SEC. Who knew

Good thing he transferred because Jay wanted to play Alex frickin Milazzo over him. Dude had more career Ks than total bases
quote:

And you could make a very good argument that the 3 returning players in 22-23 were better and more accomplished players.

This is INSANE revisionist history
People will be upset that he’s not a great shooter but he’s a very good net positive basketball player. Would be a great add

So just so we’re clear: you think it’s possible to be in top part of this league without significant NIL financial backing? You think Nate Oats, Bruce Pearl, Cal, Barnes and Mark Pope are just scrapping by with funding? Are you aware what we are competing against?! This isn’t the SEC basketball of your heyday gramps.

lol it’s the same exact people who were screaming “IT ONLY TAKES ONE YEAR TO TURN IT AROUND IN BASKETBALL” that are now saying it’s impossible for us to turn it around next year by using the portal

You’re definitely not upset and totally rational about this

I don’t see why having the right to complain about the last 3 years should prevent you from having any objective optimism about next years roster

Dedan played in the Mountain West man. That whole league has a pulse

Nope. Morant was on the team the year before that beat Marquette IN THE NCAA TOURNAMENT. The year after when he and KJ Williams and Juice Hill was when they beat San Fran
