I thought they'd renamed the series to The Woke Boys?
He's properly rated. He's the only director besides Tarantino that works with big productions that consistently experiment with narrative structure and storytelling. He usually pulls it off.
A lot of pans will create sandwiches of different metals to find the desired combination of heat diffusion (ability for heat to move around the pan), and heat capacity (ability to store heat). There really isn’t a ‘best’, it’s just what trade offs (along with price, non-stick, heat exposure, and ability to work with induction) the manufacturer chooses to hit their target in the market.

Has a death in it. Jumper on Verrazano Narrows bridge. Agree that it’s depressing otherwise for the reasons you mentioned.

Interesting overview. It's not just the material, it's also matching the burner size to the skillet size.
If a movie is not good by the end of the second act, it's generally not going to come back. First acts are pretty easy to get right.

Cities do not provide tracts to business to develop. Businesses find tracts to develop. On occasion, government officials will try to solicit businesses to come in but usually with policies.

The cities do two things. They help resolve issues in a speedy manner (e.g. encourage utility companies to move power lines), They also entice with tax subsidies. Best I can tell, Buc-ee’s need healthy subsidies for their business model to work.

Kobe Ken in Osaka is the master. I like it teppanyaki style because you get the most essential flavor of the meat.

re: Best restaurants in Lafayette?

Agree that Vestal may have best food. Most of the plates I've had there underdeliver on what they were trying to do, but they aim high, so it's still good. Park Bistro is underrated around here I think. They deliver a lot more on what they're trying to do, but it's a little more casual. They would be neck and neck on my list food wise.
It's just an awful entertainment product. Never watch it.
It's rewatchables. The times I listened they talk about themselves way too much and yuk it up like they're world-class comedians.
I've tried listening a few times. These guys are way too impressed with themselves. They're boring.

Lafayette Dinning Scene is weak except for Poseidon's, Cugino, Mazen Grill and Sydnie Mae.

LOL, I only care for Sydnie Mae in that list. To each his own.

Charley G's: A room, B-meals, B-service, C value
Cugino: A room, C-meals, C-service, C- value
Pamplona: B room, B+ meals, B+ service, B value
Vestal: D room(noise), B+ meals, B+ service. C value
Janes: B + Room, B+ meals, B+ service, C value
Park Bistro: B- room, B+ meals, B service, B value
Marcellos: B room, B meals, B service, B value
Mazen: B room, C meals, C service, B value
LOL at that guy. You can almost see the stupid leaking out of his ears.

An embarrassment to LSU alumni

Apparently an LSU alumni has doxxed a pseudonymous right-wing writer over political disagreements. Regardless of your views, this is slime-ball behavior.
