Not really. The city owns and maintains the roads. Does your HOA pay for all of the road repairs? If so, then, yes, you own your street.

Back in the 80's, Domino's just started the pizza delivering business. I was one of the first drivers. I went in the Carlotta/Ivanhoe E. State St. numerous times. I later drove for Godfathers. I probably delivered to some of you drunk and stoned kids. :lol:
