My generator is almost 17 years old, I'm looking for another one, between 6,500-9,000 watts. But what I am noticing is that most of the generators I see now have metal gas tanks.
My old Briggs & Statton has a plastic tank, I have had practically zero issues with it, I actually stored gas in it for almost 3 years before I used it for Ida. I do put stabil in the fuel and run the carburetor dry each time I do use it. ANY how, are there any generators out there that have plastic gas tanks anymore? I think metal gas tanks will rust during storage.

Of course it is a money racket. Background check is a joke, it is all to make money. My company pays for mine for now, but I know at some point they are going to put it on us, as it is a requirement to enter our workplace.

Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?
Times were different back then in the '70s/'80s, chanting "go to hell" was on the edge of being questionable, and the "kick their arse" chant was also pushing the envelope. So given that landscape, there have always been those types of issues.

Yup, hoping that we can regroup and get back to the winning ways. Today will tell us if there is a heartbeat left in our team.
No way, I can't imagine not having a truck anymore, just a trip to home depot becomes a drag with out a truck. I'll never be without one ever again if I have any say in it.
