I cured a pork butt like a ham last year. I think I left it in the brine for 2 or so weeks. Smoked it as I would a normal pork butt for pulled pork.

I was able to go down on the field a couple years back for the Arkansas game. We were limited to staying kinda down in the Southwest corner. We stayed down for maybe half a quarter then went back to our seats.
