Everyone is reading this wrong. If two are tied for first, you cannot distinguish between first and second. Meaning, 17 presidents are not tied for second, but for third. You have to count inclusively, not exclusively. In this case, the presidents tied for "third" are actually tied for 19th. In which, there are 23 presidents tied for 19th. That would mean that Jimmy Carter is ranked, by their study as the 41st best president, wherein President Obama is the 42nd best. Meaning he is above 2 presidents, not 5th as whoever took that picture might make it seem. Some have gotten it, most won't

Yea, but I was just looking at the game tracker for Florida International (trying to see if Garrett Wittels gets a hit...he is 0-3 right now) and its worse over there. I'm starting to wonder if its NeuLion (the company that makes it)

The thing is, BCS bowl games are not technically sponsored by the NCAA. They are privately sponsored so they have no power. Ridley however is ineligible from being on the football team, thats why he can't play. The Ohio State players just can't compete in NCAA competitions. Before you start making accusations, do some fact checking.
