It’s called retrograde ejaculation; it won’t get better or return to normal unless you stop taking it…but then you probably won’t be able to take a piss either.
I assume you are taking it for prostate issues; if you are on it for kidney stones then you can just stop cause it won’t help much...

The size of the implant is determined by the the length of the two parallel cylinders that make up the erectile tissue of the penis.
During the surgery those two cylinders, that fill with blood and expand during a normal erection, are quite literally reamed out with dilators until they are basic...

Penile implants can’t add any length, barely any girth. It just provides functionality for erections.
Usually only performed if the ED is bad enough that Cialis/viagra won’t work nor will the penile erection injections won’t work either. ...

Thanks for the input ; trying to post photos now. It’s cracking mainly in the middle of the floor. Edges near tub, toilet and sink are mainly intact. They did have to replace the sub floor...
