We'll see if you're calling us soft when Nuk is embarrassing your corners, and Tajh is racking up the yards.
umm if your going to say this see johnny football vs us earlier this year.

You can also try hotels in Alcoa/Maryville. Its a very short drive to the stadium from there.

He needs to realize it's not bank loan officers, it's the bank policies that they have to abide by.

Go to dinkytown.com for your amortization schedule. Most deeds (DCM or Deed of Trusts) say that the property cannot be Quit Claimed while they have the loan against it to anyone else/another entity without the lenders permission. Before you make your decision, you might want to check with your current mortgage company to see if this is even an option.

Cracker Barrel
re: What are you paying for your electricity?
Posted by East TN Tiger on 2/16/11 at 5:58 am
My last two electric bills have been over $550. This is the most since I have lived at this current house (3 years) and is ridiculous. It's been very cold in East TN this year but enough is enough. I do know others that have had larger bills than me though.
TVA is also raising their rates due to a large ash spill a few years ago that needs to be cleaned up. Of course the customers are footing the bill.

Mine too. A person earlier in the thread said it was in the low 40's. They must have been in the lower deck because I was in the upper and could swear it was in the 20's and raining/sleeting . Coldest I can remember!
re: Foreclosures
Posted by East TN Tiger on 7/31/10 at 9:15 pm
No, not by law - It's just the norm where I live. Our property values have decreased, but not like other areas of the country. Why would a bank bid lower than what's owed if they think they can sell it for the amount owed or more?
I could see the banks initial bid being less than owed if in California, Florida, Nevada, etc. as these places have seen a major depreciation in property values and it's very unlikely that they would recoup what's owed. I'm not in Louisiana but I didn't think property values had decreased this much there.

In TN the bank bids what they are owed (including atty fees, taxes that have been paid on the property, force placed insurance, any expenses incurred on that property prior to foreclosure). If they are outbid by an individual the individual will then own the property. If not, the bank gets the property back then can negotiate price with an interested buyer. The bank cannot sell the property or make deals unless they own the property. This would take place by either foreclosure or deed in lieu of foreclosure.
