Oh FFS, this last season was a shiteshow and Venables is on the hot seat. It was a disaster.
Give OU a decent offense and it could turn around next year. But the schedule is another gauntlet.
There are reasons for optimism next year. But as of right now, it's only hope.

LSU is Diva WRU. So Anderson will probably fit in. He is an NFL talent for sure. It sounds like by the end of his OU tenure, he divided the WR locker room. He and Andrel Anthony sat out the entire season when the team desperately needed them.
Oh and Bauer Sharp is a superstar in practice. Seemed like the lights were too bright for him.

Next year is a make or break year for Venables. True freshman are going to have minimal impact next year. I believe they are allocating NIL for impact portal players.
