is going around making false claims you know nothing about just your MO?
Not at all. You responded to a post I made. Remember?
quote:
you seem angry
That’s weird, because Im not at all. You on the other hand.........
quote:
Do you even know me or my situation in the least bit?
Nope, I don’t. But that could also be said about your unsubstantiated conjecture of me, now couldn’t it?
quote:
Obviously not, or you’d know I’ve already overcome extremely traumatizing experiences to lead a successful and happy life, and was a first generation college grad in my family so I truly learned it on my own.
I am sincerely happy for you. And congratulations.
quote:
costs are astronomical for no reason other than greed
This is not entirely true, but do you feel government plays any role in this? Most colleges and universities are publicly ran state institutions that are very efficient at wasting our tax dollars and preying on the very people that are the most vulnerable.
quote:
personally actually care about other people and would rather a world where human decency and compassion is commonplace, novel concept to you?
Nope not novel at all. Wanna compare charitable contributions made this year? I give a lot. I feel fortunate and blessed. I am an extremely compassionate person, but feel free to make gross generalizations about me.
quote:
Newsflash: our country is not as perfect as you’d want to claim it is, and major reform would be a benefit to future generations. What’s good for everyone and the economy
Oh this country is far from perfect, not sure where I said it was (who’s angry again)? It’s still the greatest country in the world.
Agree on the reform, but maybe we have different ideas in said reform. Again passing legislation doesn’t just make those obligations disappear. Somebody, most likely you and I, our children and theirs will eventually pay for this, and it won’t be pretty. We could debate all night on the effects of the national debt on the economy, inflation, etc. (it’s not good).
So I’m sorry if I hurt your feelings. I hope you have a Merry Christmas

Conjecture much? Im 32. If that’s an “old man” well ya got me.

I’m a CPA/CFE and very high up in my respective field at 30 years old.
Congrats.

my money earns more for me in the market than I’m losing by paying interest on it- that’s what my college taught me
Great, and again congrats. Did you learn about inflation and the cost of “programs” like loan forgiveness and a government that believes in printing endless money? Did you learn about the consequences of that policy on future generations?
quote:
frick off with all your lazy generalizations and assumptions
Not really lazy or generalizations when they are based off of what you posted. That would make them facts. I’m sorry if I hurt your feelings. Have a good night.

You never answered my question:
So, am I right?
That’s laughable because I work and make money.....I would never qualify. I’m absolutely positive I would abhor any such legislation, because as previously noted, legislation does not magically make money obligations disappear.
What I’m more concerned about however, is what college do you owe 35k to that failed to educate you in the most basic principles of US civics?
Furthermore, why did your parents do such a poor job of planning on your higher education expenses? I see the fruit doesn’t fall far from the tree.
quote:
But I’m assuming you are one of those fellas that prefer to pass this on to your children or grandchildren, rather than be burdened with the consequences of YOUR poor decisions. Amirite?

I’m sure if congress passed a bill to forgive mortgages to qualifying individuals, of which you were one, you would decline to participate.

Uhhhhhhh?
When surgeons “nick” arteries people die. Fast.
Do you understand the difference between an artery and a vein?

You trying to lower your payment? All for it. Take away all interest and pay off your debt. Trying to get a write off of YOUR obligation? Go frick yourself :doublebird: :doublebird: :doublebird:

Bless your heart. Which, to my original point, in which you responded, “is what’s wrong with this country”, remember?
I actually live in reality and realize that that money doesn’t just go poof and disappear with the passing of legislation. But I’m assuming you are one of those fellas that prefer to pass this on to your children or grandchildren, rather than be burdened with the consequences of YOUR poor decisions. Amirite?

Was there an asterisk when you signed on the dotted line for a student loan? An asterisk that stated it might be “forgiven”? If not, shut the frick up and live up to the obligation YOU made.

What’s actually wrong with the country is greed leading to nearly $2 trillion in student loan debt. No fricking reason it should be so outrageously expensive to go to college to better your future. Tuition rates increases are more than 5x overall inflation over past 40 years. Not to mention a lack of education at a much earlier level on interest and a variety of other financial matters.
No. What’s really wrong with this country is people like you making an obligation to something and then whining about said obligation and wanting it for free. Did someone force you to take a student loan? Could you have worked in college to help pay YOUR tuition? I did, and the sacrifices sucked at the time, but were well worth it now.
I HAD student debt too. Paid it off. I knew what I was doing and what I had to pay back. It’s called personal responsibility. Judging by your post I don’t expect you to understanding this concept.
Why do you think tuition rates have increased at this dramatic rate? Or do you actually think? Could it be because these schools realized there was a cash cow sitting in front of them in the form of easy to obtain student loans? Could that be any factor at all? Or did professor salaries increase at the same rate? They didn’t. This is a system that was created, and you signed on hook, line and sinker. Congratulations on being a fricking sucker, then whining about YOUR decision.

Then they said I had internal bleeding around my liver possibly from being “nicked” during my surgery the week before, and admitted me.
So you had a hematoma, or an abscess? How did they come to the conclusion you were “nicked”? I’m assuming they did the CT with contrast, did it show active bleeding (whole point of contrast)? But that also wouldn’t show how you ended up with blood or fluid around your liver (cause). We’re you diagnosed with Barrett’s esophagus? The liver is not in really close proximity to esophagus so I find this strange. You may have a case, but more info is needed.

Sorry, I don’t mean to sound like you are pumping them. My point was simply that tests already exist for the exact same diagnostic that Truforma is bringing to market. And to be quite honest, these are not dire, time sensitive tests, meaning if it takes a little longer at say 1/4 the cost of Truforma, I just don’t see the benefit to the pet owner or clinic, in regards to cost.
Not trying to be a Debbie downer here but a good friend owns a large emergency vet clinic and I ran it by him. These are basically the questions he asked me. So I thought I would just ask for clarification. I can’t find the real benefit in my research, although I hope I’m wrong.

He is the epitome of a fricking poor sport. Half the reason he put that hit on Vincent last year. Getting his arse handed to him and instead of taking it like a man acts like a bitch and throws a cheap shot. His bullshite antics this year just prove how much of a poor sport frickhead he is. frick him.
