Forecast shows things slowing down by the weekend and pretty good weather on Saturday. Should be good to go.

Had Barry’s a few weeks ago and we had a solid meal. Still kicking myself for not getting the ribeye cap. It was game 7 of the World Series and the place was going wild. Great atmosphere.

For a standard roll half sheet of nori is all you need. Otherwise you’ll have a ton of overlap.
I’ve gotten to where I can get the rice right most times. Still fudge up cutting them sometimes. I use a wet sharp night and still have issues.

We have a reverse osmosis filter setup with dedicated tap at the kitchen sink. Really only got it because it came with our water softening system but we’ve liked having it. Also has a line running to the refrigerator.
