re: Lilly-LLY

I have a relative who unwittingly bought in long before LLY started going up, and now they're wondering when they should get out.

I read the stuff about Retatutride in the last few days. Supposedly helps people lose weight without loss of lean muscle and also less side effects compared to what's already out there.

Some online are saying it will be a blockbuster for LLY.

What should I tell my relative? Wait and see? How high do you think LLY could go?
Islam responds. Topuria might be locking in the fight to happen someday with his trash talk.

Nineteen men boarded flights on a beautiful Tuesday morning for what could have been the start of immigrants chasing the American dream.

But in less than an hour, their lives would drastically change after hijacking their flights and flying them into the twin towers of the World Trade Center in a mostly peaceful act of jihad.
Something's not adding up.

Gaethje and Topuria weren't going to be on the card? And it sounds like Dana was never going to put Jon Jones on the White House card.

So aside from Pereira, what were their big fights going to be without those two?
Wow. If that's true, what was Islam's reason for backing out?

He had every advantage. Weight class. Topuria would have been coming off of a longer break from fighting than usual.

Now if Islam fights in July or August, there's probably no way he fights Topuria at MSG in November.

I don't know, maybe if Topuria fights Arman after Gaethje, it will be like the perfect way to train for the Islam fight. Then if he's able to beat Arman, he might just wait for the next time Islam would be ready to fight again. What else would be left for Topuria to accomplish in the UFC?
Topuria must be strong as hell. Or maybe being shorter is an advantage in those situations?

Whatever it is, it's crazy that Charles was able to do what he did to Max and he wasn't able to do that to Topuria.

Since getting KO'd by Topuria, Charles has just been going for grappling and BJJ and not trading punches as much. But Topuria was on offense vs. Charles on the ground too.
Women also hate it when you don't talk to them at work. This was a viral Reddit post from years ago:

quote:

Hi all I'm posting this on an alt because I know a few of my friends are following me on here and I don't want this spilling out until I have some clear thoughts on what I want to do.

TL,DR; A colleague (27M) joined our firm last year and since then he has had zero issues socialising with the guys we work with but always finds an excuse or says no to hanging out with the girls after work, even if we go out together as a whole he rarely talks to us and its making some of my friends uncomfortable.

So early last year our firm hired Dan (27M). In the first few weeks he was really quiet and didn't talk much and that's just how we thought he was. Every conversation with him was short and to the point and never deviated from work, asides from pleasantries (Have a nice weekend etc). About 2 months in he started becoming a bit more friendly with the guys in our office and they would hang out every so often and have normal conversations. However, whenever any of the girls in the office tried to do so he would quickly change the conversation back to work or just not reply. Even now after a year of Dan working with us he straight up refuses to socialise with the girls in the office and it is making them feel uncomfortable. He avoids any discussion of himself outside of work related events and future plans and doesn't ask any of the girls either. Where as he is, what I can only assume, pretty good friends with the guys in the office.

Even on work meals out to celebrate events he is only doing the bare minimum when it comes to conversation with the girls where again with the guys he talks to them like there is no problem whatsoever. I don't know if I'm overreacting but one of the girls is considering go to HR about this because she is saying its creating a hostile work environment. Dan treats us like he treats clients we work with; cordial and strictly about business and its wearing thin now.

Any advice is appreciated.
Was Garbrandt on cocaine for this fight? Dancing around, styling and profiling. Dodging punches like he's Neo in the Matrix. Wild.

Feel like Evloev hasn't fought in years. Evloev vs. Murphy should be interesting.
Topuria knocked both of these guys out. When Max was holding the BMF title too.

I don’t think aspinall will fight in the ufc again.
Bummer. Dana paid lip service to the idea (that Aspinall would fight the winner) with Rogan, but yeah. Sounds like he wants to do boxing.
Everybody thinks Gaethje vs. Topuria is a foregone conclusion.

Pereira vs. Gane is interesting, but it's weird since Gane seemed to be up a bit in his fight vs. Aspinall. You'd think Aspinall would want to come back and shut that narrative down, and get his revenge for the eye pokes, but now he might have to fight Pereira next instead.
Long hair was doing that Haka type stuff early, got his a** kicked and then got choked out.

That could go on one of those highlight reels of when taunting goes wrong.
Megan Olivi looking fine as hell--as always.
That fight was a hate crime against short men.
Man. Haven't seen too many missed opportunities bigger than Tobias not just raining down ground-and-pound from mount. Could have ended it then and there.
Fight turned on a dime with that short hook. Right on the button, little bit of the Conor precision beats power at play there. Bellato.
