Mind me asking what your budget was and what you ended up spending OTD ready to hunt?

I just started bow hunting this year and went to a local pro shop and tried out several. I went with an elite remedy. I highly suggest working with a pro shop and getting some pointers from the staff. Do some research and watch YouTube videos

I went on a dove hunt in north Texas this weekend and we ended up shooting about 50 pigeons that were mixed in the dove field. They’ve been eating corn and sunflower seeds and aren’t the typical French Quarter street rats. Has anyone had success making poppers or a stew out of them? The meat looks great.

Fly fished for salmon in the Pere Marquette river in Michigan last October. Was awesome and the covid issue didn’t seem to be acknowledged out in the sticks where I was staying.

The state is suing to have companies fill in these very canals, yet fishermen want them to remain open. Every boat owner that travels down those canals, which were permitted and built using private money, should also be held accountable for wetlands loss.
