I have brined chicken with it before frying. Throw in leftover pickled jalapeño juice too. I know what you mean about the green tint on the meat. Like others said, it works as a great brine for quick picking stuff like red onions....

Kyle Field and Neyland Stadium are far louder than OU, I would imagine many other SEC stadiums are also louder than the crowds in Norman....
