This only has a capture rate of about 10-15% of passerbys at most. Not supporting flock cameras, but just discussing this particular add-on. This technology has been used in traffic studies for years.
ETA: edited to add that it could be possible that this is a brand new cutting edge version that has a higher capture rate. I’m not trying to claim that I have access to all the newest stuff. But this stuff has been around for a while.

They run a tight ship here in Contra Costa County. They don’t allow open drug use, homeless to camp on the street, and they aren’t gonna allow some random 17year old kid running around town with a BB gun shooting at people. Even if he says they were sex offenders.

NCAA needs to grow some nuts and enforce their own rules. Courts can overrule their player eligibility decisions but they can’t overrule forfeits , tv deals, and losing bowl/playoff eligibility. That’s the only power the ncaa has and they should use it to get this madness back to some normalcy.
The money is with the conferences/TV deals and the CFP. The NCAA needs to get them on board to enforce anything.

Of course these were one person bathrooms that lock so im not sure if that applies here.

Its not all about strength. Posting up and making a quick move to the basket is a skill. Shaq was great at it. Wemby is too slow at it right now.

He's too tall and lanky, so it takes longer than it should to post up.
