It seems inevitable but only if the player agrees. I still don’t see how they d be enforceable. What if a player wants to “major” in a program or set of classes not offered at school A but school B offers that program… shouldn’t he simply be allowed to back out of the contract? It just seems that a school could tailor a situation to a “student athlete’s “ needs as a way of dismantling a contract..

Apple has been sitting on their hands for years. No true innovation. It’s a weird space to be in.. on one hand, they subsidize farmers for the purpose of fuel additives which is a tough sell for me but on the other hand we subsidize for food which is a complicated necessity IMO under the welfare and security functions of the constitution.
