It is definitely insane the house prices in California. I live in Kensington which is in the Berkeley Hills. According to Redfin we are at $928sqft. Houses that go on the market are purchased immediately well over asking. I think the SF crowd looking to leave the city are jumping on Real Estate here on the East Bay.

My wife (no pics) gets them all the time. Her go to is sniffing an onion. Fortunately I do not get them so no idea if it works but she claims that it clears it up in a couple of days. Hope you feel better!

I have been on one for two years. I was at 95 per hour and now down to 4 so it can be done. I use the Respironics dream wear mask that covers the mouth. You can buy all the supplies on Amazon. It still sucks but after a year or so I am use to it and it has definitely made me feel better. Ask you doc for Ambien it will help with the sleep and you can take if for a year with very little side effects.

You need to keep trying. I was actually diagnosed twenty years ago and did not do anything about it and it almost killed me. Sleep Apnea is nothing to play around with. You need to make it work.

Is it for alcohol? If so, go to your doctor and ask for Naltrexone. You do not have to stop drinking just take the pill. Naltrexone has a 99% effective rate against alcohol. It works over time. It slowly takes away that voice in your head that is telling you that you need a drink. It takes about a year. You will go from drinking everyday to once a week to once a month. I was a very heavy drinker and I have been sober for 13yrs. No BS AA meetings...No expensive counseling. I do not even think about drinking now. I am the designated driver and I love it. It is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I am sure I would be dead if I had not done it...GL...If you would like to discuss it please let me know!!
