You do realize that Starlink will always have to hand off to a terrestrial tower when inside right? Even 800 mhz won't reliably penetrate some buildings, definitely not mine that has a metal roof and walls. StarLink will have to partner with current carriers until they build their on ground network in addition to their current data gateways that the sats work with now.

This is a WIDELY known fraud that has been around for decades. Democrats fight the attempts to require ID for use. Only 2 states require a picture for EBT use and even in those states "stores" that accept then don't even check.

Large quantities of EBT cards are purchased by stores and they then buy in bulk from large chain groceries to resell in their store at a even greater markup because they are in indigent areas that chain stores wouldn't dare set up shop.

I understand that but with the technology we have today we should be able to immediately detect those launches and reverse that trajectory and pinpoint exactly where that launcher was sitting and hunt them down. We were doing that with scud launchers in 1990.
