Yeah I feel it as necessary as we concerned about our health. I had started having back pains on my old chair then recently I bought a new comfortable chair after reading about it here. Amazon delivered the chair within 2 days and had quite good experience with it till date.

May be you just started working out with your shoulders. Soon you will get used to it and you wouldn't have much issue with it.
