Dahmer meticulously planned and executed 17 murders over the course of 13 years. The prosecution was able to show that he knew right from wrong and could control his actions.

America’s Favorite Child Killing Sweetheart did the following:

- scheduled her husband to be out of the house, like she was planning for Jody to come over for a quickie
- herded her kids to the basement
- strangled her middle child so hard his brains were coming out the base of his skull
- took a break and called her husband back

Dahmer averaged 1.3 murders a year. Lindsey did 3 in an hour. Dahmer is an amateur compared to her.

That's how clear it was that day. Not a cloud in the sky...and yes..that footage is very clear. 10m 20s is about when the 2nd plane hits.

I was at a seminar in Bethesda, MD that day. I remember walking out of the Marriott thinking how spectacularly beautiful that morning was.

Any fall day like that reminds me of 9/11 now.

I think it is because many of us had some health scare in our family...or near to us if not personally. The show does a good job of the grind it is. Imagine dealing with this on Monday and saying "whoa..holy shite that was awful...goodnight! See ya tomorrow" for the next 20+ years of your career. Keep in mind this isn't a v-lookup formula that was awful. It was a few dead people. Pretty rough life that to this day isn't appreciated enough.

My wife was an ER Nurse at Cooper in Camden, NJ ( think a medium sized city of the worst parts of Philly) early in her career. She still has PTSD 25 years later. Worst thing she saw was two little girls basically melted together after someone torched their house while they were sleeping.

Watching the Pitt with her weird - she calls out every surprise before it happens.

I don't know about that one. I know where it comes from, and you're not wrong in that thinking. But my counter point is this. The Russians were using US Trucks, US food and US bullets. Without American logistics, Russia gets overrun in year two of Barbarossa.

The US had the material, Russia had the men and the political will to sacrifice millions to defeat the Nazi’s. The Eastern Front was personal between the Nazi’s and the Soviet’s.
Absolute peak cycling right now.

Tadej, Mads, VDP, and Remco off the front, and the Decathlon train somehow caught them. Absolute joy to watch the four in a pace line.

I dont see how exiting the car with a gun drawn qualifies as stand your ground. Had she stayed in the car and shot him for trying to enter it, yes obviously. In this case it doesnt look that straight forward to me. Im pretty sure if someone is unarmed and in my yard shouting threats at me, I cant go outside and shoot them. And thats on my own property.

Bingo. Stand your ground means you don’t have a duty to retreat in a self defense situation. It is not its own thing.

There’s 4 factors of self defense:

1. Innocence: you can’t start the fight. Who knows who actually started the argument, but, her getting in her car, then, getting out while brandishing a gun will lose this factor for her. Based on what’s known, she escalated what was a verbal spat to a life or death spat with a gun involved

2. Imminence- Is the deadly force threat happening or about to happen? I don’t see it. Was the guy following her? Yes. Was he being an A%&? Yes Was he ready to kill her or threatening to kill her? I don’t see it. He didn’t pull a gun, he didn’t pull a knife, he didn’t even ball his fists like he was going to punch her. He never touched her.

3. Proportionality - You can only match the force used against you in self defense. He was following her and talking trash. A response to that isn’t shooting him! Again, at no point did he touch her. Details matter, a lot in self defense cases

4. Reasonableness - she was in her car, a safe place, also part of the castle doctrine. Got out of it with her gun drawn to confront a man approaching her. Not what a reasonable person would do.

As I see it, she fails on all 4 factors. Prosecutor only has to prove 1 factor did not exist to get a conviction.

She doesn't help her case with that bullshite. The self-defense issue should have nothing to do with how someone "has to properly approach a black woman." Our society as a whole is getting too easy with using firearms to solve bullshite disputes.

. Personally, I think she is fricked.

1. Pulling a gun in a verbal altercation is a felony with a minimum 5 year sentence in Florida. This automatically loses self defense claims

2. Self defense law is very specific in every state - to use deadly force, you have to be under an IMMENENT deadly force threat. In all of the video’s, that is not the case.

Here’s what Florida says about stand your ground:

1. Stand Your Ground (Public Spaces)
Under Fla. Stat. § 776.012, you are legally permitted to meet force with force if you are in a place where you have a lawful right to be (such as a public street, park, or business) and are not actively engaged in criminal activity.
Non-Deadly Force: You can use or threaten non-deadly force if you reasonably believe it is necessary to defend yourself or someone else against another person's imminent use of unlawful force.
Deadly Force: You have no duty to retreat and can use or threaten deadly force if you reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm, or to prevent the imminent commission of a forcible felony (such as armed robbery, carjacking, sexual battery, or burglary).

I don’t see IMMENENT death or bodily harm.

She lost self defense the moment she pulled a gun in what appears to be a verbal disagreement.

That is called assault with a deadly weapon which is a felony. Florida has mandatory 5-10-20 sentencing with gun crimes.

By pulling the gun, that’s an automatic 5.

By firing it, it is an automatic 10.

By hitting someone, it’s an automatic minimum 20

She got out of her vehicle with the gun in hand to engage in the argument. She can’t reasonably claim that she feared death or great bodily harm. That’s murder.

Yup. Once you pull a gun in a verbal altercation, you lose self defense justification

What - he was on top of her grounding and pounding her head into the ground MMA style? Where’s THAT video?
quote:

How can you call this an ambush? What a joke. She is standing there with her pistol and he aggressively comes at her. This is a clear stand your ground case and this woman should not face any criminal charges. She has NO duty to retreat and is exercising her 2A rights. Race has nothing to do with this and it would be a travesty for this woman to be prosecuted. Florida is a state that supports the Second Amendment and the right to defend yourself, which is all this woman was doing.

Tell us you have ZERO clue about how self defense laws work without telling us.

1. She committed a felony just by pulling a gun in a verbal altercation
2. At no point was she in danger of any unlawful deadly force from the victim

Dude had a death wish. Openly and brazenly confronting law enforcement WHILE ARMED with a gun is a horrifically stupid move. It’s the equivalent of downing 5 shots at a bar, getting into a Corvette, and driving 120 mph. You may get away with it a few times, but your luck WILL run out.
