Grinds coffee pouches helped me quit Copenhagen after 20 years. Each pouch has about 1/4 the amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee....

They are facing correctly. When worn on a sleeve, they always face forward. Right sleeve stars then bars right to left and vice versa on the left sleeve. The stars always move forward....
