They are two different things. When I first moved to NW Arkansas the katydids were horribly noisy. They come out for three months each summer. I have never seen them before....

Who will replace him and get the majority votes? I was happy someone was selected due to the mockery of the Republican party for not sticking together and selecting a speaker. If they kick him out the Democrats will take control and be the majority with some of the Republicans quiting....

Another neighbor caught several crappie and catfish. I am the minority as all three of my neighbors have boats. One even has two boats....

I have been checking with my neighbors as they come back and so far no one had any luck. It is windy again today.
The only critters I have seen are squirrels and a lot of them. Our Yorkie is having fun when they get close to her pen....

I have been here for two days watching the boats go out and come back in with very little fish. One person had LiveScope and he could see crappie, but they would not bite. The water is very muddy with the heavy rains a week or so ago. No one has caught anything off the fishing pier either....
