Nah. Obama was legitimately 50% black because his dad was Kenyan. I bet if Kamala does 23andme or Ancestry, she’s probably 25-30% black.

re: Best guitarist in the world

I would say Jimi Hendrix was one of the most influential, maybe the most influential, guitarist ever, but he’s not the best technical guitarist. There are too many to name, but some examples of better technical guitarists are Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Dimebag Darrell, Nuno Bettencourt, and Eddie Van Halen.

This.

Not anymore. They have dumbed down the curriculum to ensure that their affirmative action admissions graduate.

It causes inflation in all sectors of the economy because of the increased demand.
The solution: on every census going forward, every one check “black.”

Some white kids have been claiming to be black or Hispanic when applying colleges.

It did. You’re a Bama grad, so I’m sure it’s tough on you. Maybe read a thread about your favorite coloring book.

Then if he was legal and lived all his life in Alabama, how in the ever loving frick did border policy effect Auburn in this case?

You can be legal and not be born here. Good Lord, man, this shouldn’t be that difficult.

I missed the part of the article that stated his immigration status. We all know that under Biden we basically have no southern border. You don't have to go pulling shite out of thin air to make the point.

1) OA News is not going to print his immigration status.

2) I didn’t say he was illegal.

3) I didn’t say anything about Biden. The border policy has been shitty for decades. It’s been better under some presidents than others, but overall, it’s been shitty compared to almost every other country on the planet.

Your article does not indicate that he is in this country illegally, so I skimmed four additional articles about this incident. NONE of them report that he is illegally in this country. Perhaps you have additional information, establishing him as an illegal. Perhaps you can share it with the class. Or did you just see a Latino-sounding name and make that assumption?

Where did I say he was illegal? He can be legal, but it’s still a shitty policy that we have all the way around.
“Rusbi Arael Chilel-Perez was charged with first-degree kidnapping, first-degree attempted rape, driving under the influence, public intoxication and attempting to elude. He was booked into the Lee County Jail without bond.”

“Auburn police received a report on Saturday about a sexual assault that occurred near the intersection of North College Street and West Magnolia Avenue. The victim reported being assaulted earlier that day. She said a man she didn't know tried to interact with her while she was in the downtown area.”

It appears he targeted 4 white victims in a mixed race subdivision. If the roles were reversed…we’ll, we all know how it would be.

I’m as pro liberty as they come, and I truly believe many R’s & D’s in DC should be hanging from ropes for their crimes committed against the people who voted them into that city.. but God do I hate the opinion that SCOTUS justices should adhere to partisan lines. You realize their sole purpose is to interpret what is constitutional vs unconstitutional? Nowhere in the constitution are the words Republican or Democrat mentioned. Therefore it is not their job to concern themselves with not “straying” from the opinions of the party who put them on the bench, but rather to interpret the law the way it was written. Language like this is so juvenile

I’m probably as pro-Liberty as you and a conservative but my post was tongue-in-cheek because you which side always makes promulgations about packing the court? Not conservatives.

I would love for a conservative Congressman or Congresswoman to introduce it, though, just to expose the hypocrisy when the left has a meltdown.
Kagan, Soto, and KBJ obviously don’t follow in the Constitution. We need 4 more like Thomas and Alito to offset when Kavenaugh and Roberts stray.
