Not at all what he said. Regular margins on gas and food are good already so what he’s saying(I think). Fountain drinks are crazy profitable. Bag of syrup and a tank, cups and straws and that one bag of syrup makes great money.

She’s getting paid. I’m in construction and don’t know what my wife’s company is calling it. She’s been out for more than 3 months and they’re treating it as mental-health related. But I’m more talking about the fact she actually said “she can’t think” and that’s a reasonable enough excuse to not work.

My wife(no pics) has a woman in her 30’s that works for her. She has been out on FMLA/paid leave(whatever they call it) for 3 months now because, and I quote…she can’t think. Only at work. Crazy coincidence right? We were talking about her one night and I asked if she can’t think, how TF can she do literally anything? Absolutely crazy. HR and lazy people strike again.

They already do. I guarantee you the majority of anyone in HR uses Chat GT/AI to write up people/send emails, anything really. Plus 90% of them are the equivalent to the safety guy on a jobsite
