Dont worry about the cheaters you come across in 30% of your pvp games.

I only play PvE to avoid that. That and I'll probably always be hopeless against real players.

Just wait till you find land mines.

I've always play with a map of important points, like mines and spawns, up on a different monitor. That would make me big angry.

Escape from Tarkov

Just started playing this in PVE-only, and frick it's a steep learning curve. I expected to do poorly, since I don't really play FPS games, and my fast-twitch gaming day are mostly behind me, so I've been good with dying and everything else EXCEPT that bullshite out-of-bounds sniper. Unmarked map zones that get you almost insta-sniped is rage-quit inducing.
I'm in the same age range and have worked out consistently (avg. 5-6 days a week) for 6 years, and I've had the same experience. I'm not sure of the cause or what advice to give, other than I've found what (and how much) I eat makes a difference. As does whether I've slept well or not. It just seems to ebb and flow.
It looks like it’s going g to be a great game but it’s in early, early access. Not a finished game by any means, so I’m waiting for a year or so till it’s more of a complete game.

Check out subnautica if you haven’t already.
Win11 will tell you it's not compatible with that processor, but you can do a workaround upgrade. I think it will work fine with Win11 if you can get through the upgrade. I've done it twice and haven't had any issues.

The women in the series are ruining it. They're ridiculous and and overdone. The kicker for me, though, was the lawyer girl squatting 295lbs in that one scene where she got a call at the gym. That gal is about 60lbs of muscle shy of being able to do that.
My Grandmother Asked Me To Tell You She's Sorry wouldn't be a bad option, I don't think. Same guy that wrote A Man Called Ove.

I've used the Shred app for years now, and, while not a woman myself, I think it would be a good choice. Customizable, videos for each exercise, various types of workout (bulk, tone, machine, etc.) and workout lengths, times your rest periods, tracks what weight you did on each exercise and how many reps, customizable to what equipment you have available, integrates with apple/android health apps, among other features. Costs about $15/month.

I love that I can just go to the gym, pull up the app and do what it says. A huge help, especially when you're just starting out.

Part of that is just getting older but not sure how much. Your 30’s are when you start making that transition from doing whatever you want physically in your twenties to understanding your limitations in your 40’s.

I hurt myself a few times in my late 30’s and early 40’s because I thought I could still do whatever I’d always been able to do.
Opp for a grandfather I know. My ex MiL is Galey (pronounced Gay-lee), but for a short time, when the grandson was two or so and she was trying to teach him to call her Galey, he started calling her Gaynut. I prayed that would stick, but it didn’t.
I wonder how long before they start putting kids on these boats to prevent the strikes?

You know this is just for the community feed where law enforcement agencies request camera info related to investigations in the area? They aren't able to see anything without a warrant unless you choose to share it with them. The opt-out feature is to stop these requests from showing up in your community feed.

Isn't this everyone?

No, it’s a different level. I have it and, while certain sounds are very annoying like a baby crying in an airplane, there are triggering noises like smacking or a dog licking that will put me into a murderous mindset. I mean starting to sweat and clench my teeth so hard it hurts ready to commit violence on my own family angry.

It’s ridiculous but not something you can make go away.

I just can't make myself pull the trigger on this. Just seems too wacky/comedic.

If someone described it to me, I'd probably have thought the same thing. I recommended it to my sister, who is in no way a nerd, sci-fi/fantasy fan, and she loved them.

Identify the cause - mine was tight hips specifically the front hip flexors on my right side were very tight and the glutes on my left side were very tight which caused sort of a twisting rotation in my pelvis and just crunched on those discs.

Could you give some more details on what stretches you did/do? A guide/video or something?

That's what I thought when I first saw it, but I can see why others don't think so.
It's rocked me in ways no other similar situation has. Other issues have made me mad, but this is different.

There's a video going around of Charlie on a talk show not too long ago and his little girl running across the stage and jumping into his lap during a break. Then I read his little girl tried to run to him after he was shot because she was scared of all the noise and chaos. That made my heart hurt.

I feel very confident in saying it's not the first time he's thought, "Bitch, can you just shut the frick up."
If that guy is what I suspect he is, they'll find him dead in a "random" slaying/accident.
