1500 pardoned and 97 have reoffended. That is a 6.5% recidivism rate. The normal recidivism rate is 20% after one year.
And some of those 97 people had charges dropped or were found not guilty.
So not only did they determine that Jan 6ers have committed crimes at a lower rate than normal, they had to include people who were found innocent by the legal system to do it. They literally proved the opposite of what they were trying to.
