In April 2020, we did not know anything about COVID. It first hit the US in January that year. The first COVID death in the US was at the end of February. The COVID shutdown started in March. By April of 2020, Trump strongly pushed to restart businesses and ease lockdown rules. He claimed he had total authority to override governors and reopen the country. Governors and legal scholars stated the president could not legally force states to open. It was out of Trump's hands at that point.
A full year later, after COVID had been studied and we had a supposed vaccine, Biden relaxed masking rules. Two years later, we started travelling again.
Making decisions based on years of information that Biden had is not exactly the equivalent to Trump's position of making decisions about the early stages of a new virus spreading around the globe that you have no data on.
With hindsight, a lot would have been done very differently.

This was in 2016/2017. Biden was not president yet, and he was not in office as VP at the time. Not to mention it was explicitly stated in Hur's report that Biden knowingly gave the writer access to classified material, not declassified material.
The only thing that makes it not a smoking gun is we already knew all this. Biden being a mush brain is the only reason he wasn't charged, but he absolutely broke the law.
If that were my life, I would lie on the tracks and wait.

If a fire starts in your home and you have an extinguisher in your hand, do you put it out or wait for the fire department because it is their job? You put out the fire because you know half the fire department is bringing gasoline to pour on it, and the other half will not respond to the call.
They were knocked out and not murdered, so this might be a sign of progress within the community.
