Best answer is to bring in canine unit. If they could somehow make sure a door or window (break it) stays open so the dog can get in. Then the perp can negotiate with a dog. If he shoots the dog, then deadly force, all cops, guns ablaze.

Last I heard, the most advanced Chinese fighter had such a weak engine that it could not take off from a carrier with but a fraction of fuel to reduce weight. Then of course, that limits the range. They make planes that look like ours, but do not perform like ours. They can't steal our technolog...
